9th Grade
Abstract Drawing.
This project was really fun to do, and it was an abstract work. We were told to do many lines and forms and as a result wasnan abstract work which was really interesting. Then we have to trace all the lines with a black marker and erase the pencil lines. Once we finished tracing the pencil lines we were able to decorate it, but we have to do with a serious of things such as pointillism or color value. Once we finished that instructions we had many forms in blank so we can do whatever we want.
I was really impressed about how my project looks at the end, it was really nice and I have a great time doing it. At first time I thought it was going to turned out to be really hard but actually it was really easy but mostly interesting. I was scared when we have to do the figures I thought it was going to look really bad but actually it look really good. What I most enjoy was coloring I try to put the things I like on it so it look different and like me. I use a lot of colored value and markers, which make it, look really good. This was one of the projects I enjoy the most and think was the most different and cool.

Clay Face.
The clay face was a really fun project to achieve, all final faces were really funny. At first we have to took some notes about facial proportion to now the Wright form to do a face. Once we finished taking the notes we can proceed with our face first we have to put together the head and the neck which seem easy but it was a little bit difficult since the head was really heavy for that my head turned out to look as it was seeing to the roof. Then we have to do the eyes which were really hard then the nose which mine look really big following the ears mouth an last the hair. I try to make my hair as funny as possible and for that I use a headband. The last thing was to paint our faces with water colors and details.
Making the clay face was really nice. I thought it was really difficult to do some things like the eyes or the ears. I wanted for the face to look really real and good so I try to make it as perfect as possible but it was too hard. I think I did a good job but I could do better. What I like about my clay face was the hair and the head band I think it is really original and different from the other ones. It was really fun to do the clay face and seeing the other classmates faces and how original they were and entertaining, I have a great time.

Sketch
Every week we have to make 4 sketches for homework these sketches can be about everything you want. When I make sketches I don’t have any ideas is really difficult for me since I’m not a good drawer. For this drawing I was thinking about the ocean and something calm. First a make it with pencil and once I finished what I like I used markers and liquid paper. I didn’t want any white spaces so I painted every spaced perfectly. At fist I was just going to colored Itbut then I didnt like a lot so I put some details with white out.
I really like this sketch, I don’t have many good sketches so that’s the reason why a choose this one. I was happy about how it look at the end this reminds me about the semester exam project so maybe that the reason I like it more. What I think I could do better in this work are the details I think I could make more and better. Also more color and I think I’m going to a similar one but with more color and more details.
